Oil-mist filters VAU MT "KAMA 6000 M"

Stationary aspiration unit KAMA 6000 M is designed for general treatment of air from oil mist and coolant vapor. The model comes with advanced automation and additional modules including air diffuser assembly with rotating nozzles and drop catcher assembly.

APPLICATION:

The Kama 6000 M can be used for simultaneous aspiration from a number of metalworking machines or other equipment that emits oil mist and coolant vapors.

In combination with the air distribution device, the unit is an excellent solution for general recirculating air treatment. Such design allows air cleaning in case where the use of local hoods is impossible or difficult, for example, to serve the open lathes.

• automatic pump for collected coolant/oil pumping;
• retreatment unit with HEPA class 13 filter elements/carbon filters;
• air diffuser with rotary nozzles (recommended for recirculating cleaning);
• drop catcher is recommended for cleaning air with a high concentration of coolant, oil mist. Drop catchers provide pre-cleaning of air (up to 80% of pollution), which extends the service life of replaceable filters.
