VAU MT "KAMA 12000"

Ventilation and aspiration unit "KAMA 12 000" is an efficient modular stationary aspiration unit. The model is well automated. The modular design makes it easy to configure it for specific tasks, and allows subsequent upgrading. It comes with the remote control option.

APPLICATIONS:

• circulating air treatment for dry dust and fumes in production, storage and other premises;
• removal and treatment of fumes, gases and mists from welding, cutting, grinding areas, etc., as well as directly from thermal cutting machines, units, chambers and other sources of emission;
• general air treatment in the premises with polluted environment.

STANDARD FEATURES:

• casing with control unit and depression chamber for dust deposition;
• fan unit;
• two wheeled dust collecting trays;
• automatic pulse-jet filter cleaning system (to be connected to the compressed air supply system with a pressure more than 4 atm.);
• integrated receivers of the filter cleaning system (manufactured by Camozzi) with automatic condensate drainage;
• "EBM-Papst" fan (Germany), motor overload and overheating protection, RFI filter. Smooth fan speed control;
• indicator light for failed filter replacement;
• pre-filter/spark arrestor with automatic cleaning.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:

• a set of filter cartridges required for the unit operation;
• hoses, hoods, air ducts for air intake directly in the specified location;
• integrated or remote compressor (if it is not possible to connect to the compressed air supply);
• unit with adjustable nozzles (directional supply of outlet air);
• air retreatment unit with HEPA, ULPA, carbon and chemisorption filter element;
• optional modules: for heating, cooling, air disinfection;
• intake of fresh air based on carbon dioxide sensor to maintain an optimal indoor environment.
