VAU MT "KAMA 6000"

Ventilation and aspiration unit "KAMA 6 000 is a middle-size modular stationary aspiration unit. The models are of small dimensions for their performance, well automated and with increased filter surface. The unit coms with remote control and extensive configuration options for upgrading. These units are designed for aspiration fumes of plasma and laser cutting tables, as well as general and local aspiration of welding stations.

APPLICATION:

The unit is used for local and general air treatment from dry non-adhering mechanical impurities released during the following technological processes:

• welding (manual, robotic);
• plasma, gas, laser metal cutting;
• spraying, metal padding;
• aspiration of sandblasting and shot blasting chambers, grinding and cutting grinding machines;
• stripping, cutting, polishing, grinding, sharpening of metal products;
• mechanical processing of products made of composite materials, plastics, ceramics, wood;
• aspiration of conveyors, screens, bulk, packaging and other units;
• other technological processes accompanied by smoking, dusting.

STANDARD FEATURES:

• casing with control unit and depression chamber for dust collection;
• fan unit;
• wheeled dust collecting tray;
• automatic pulse-jet filter cleaning system (to be connected to the compressed air supply system with a pressure more than 4 atm.);
• stainless steel integrated receivers of the filter cleaning system (manufactured by Camozzi) with automatic condensate drainage;
• "EBM-Papst" fan (Germany), motor overload and overheating protection, RFI filter. Smooth fan speed control;
• indicator light for failed filter replacement;
• pre-filter/spark arrestor with automatic cleaning.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:

• a set of filter cartridges required for the unit operation;
• hoses, hoods, air ducts for air intake directly in the specified location;
• integrated or remote compressor (if it is not possible to connect to the compressed air supply);
• unit with adjustable nozzles (directional supply of outlet air);
• air retreatment unit with HEPA, ULPA, carbon and chemisorption filter element;
• optional modules: for heating, cooling, air disinfection.
